As a middle aged overweight Office worker I needed some inspiration and guidance from someone who knows what needs to be done. I found Sid and Georgie. They have been a fantastic duo. Sid is the most patient and knowledgeable man that you could wish to train with. His advice and guidance have been truly life changing for me. His nutrition plan is fantastic. No more faddy diets , instead practical advice that I can follow for years to come. the training plan is demanding but I actually look forward to exercise again. Georgie is a great motivator who is always ready to help out with practical advice and the occasional bellow of encouragement. I do not hesitate to recommend them whenever I get the opportunity. If you don’t believe me then try it for yourself !

These guys are fantastic! Trained with Georgina for a few years and Sid a little less. Extremely friendly, helpful and dedicated! Honestly couldn’t ask for better people to train with. The sessions they put on are hard but fun and catered for all fitness levels. The Marbella fitness weekends they’ve added to their repertoire are incredible; i did the first one and have just booked their second one too!
